Jackson Handling Ltd is committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across the UK. Please read the following information carefully to understand how we process and dispatch orders.
1. Order Types
We offer two product types:

In Stock Products
These items are ready for immediate dispatch and can be shipped via our Express 24-Hour Delivery service if selected at checkout. -
Custom-Made Products
These are made to order and hand-finished by our production team. Lead time for custom products is up to 9 working days from the date of order. Estimated dispatch dates will be confirmed after purchase.

3. Delivery Charges
- Express 24-Hour Delivery (in-stock items only): £15.80
- Standard Delivery: £11.95
- Pallet Delivery for oversized or heavy items: Quoted separately upon order
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore locations, longer delivery times and additional charges may apply. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure.
5. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive it:
- The courier will leave a card or send a notification with re-delivery options.
- One re-delivery attempt is usually included. Further attempts may incur additional charges.
- Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to re-shipping charges.
6. Delivery Delays
We always aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, delays can occur due to stock errors, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once goods are with the courier, Jackson Handling Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.
7. Part Shipments
Orders that include both in-stock and custom-made items may be delivered in separate shipments. You will not be charged extra for this service.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS. This will allow you to follow the status of your delivery.
